Letrozole tapering down question

Doing the C Bino method for gyno reversal.

How long do you stay at the tapered down dose (0.25mg) for and at what stage do you introduce the Nolvadex? (Last day of Letro? Day after letro? As soon as you hit that 0.25mg dose)?
