Hi all,
I have pubertal gynecomastia (definitely not fat, it's been diagnosed) and I'm thinking about trying letrozole followed by nolvadex for the rebound. However, I'm a bit nervous about one of the potential sides: hairloss. How common is this? Male pattern baldness runs in my family, and at 27 I have managed to avoid it, so I definitely don't want to kickstart it. If I'm not using said anti-estrogens as part of a PCT, is there still a chance of hair loss? Is there anything I can take to minimize the risk? These moobs have tortured me for so long... I need to do something.
