letro or armidex for bloat?

hey guys i was just wondering whats better to take for bloat, i wanna keep as much bloat off as possible i was going with armidex .5mg ed for my cycle but was now thinkin of gettin letro instead... my cycle is the following..

wks 1-13 test enth 500mg
wks 1-10 deca 300mg
wks 1-10 clen 2 wks on 2 wks off
wks 7-12 var 50mg ed
wks 1-10 armidex .5mg ed
wks 1-10 nolva 10mg ed

was thinkin of replacing armidex wit letro, if i do whats the avg dosage for it a day thruout the cycle?? got nolva n clomid for pct.. thanks bros...
