Letro now? or wait for PCT?

If you missed my introduction post where I had my current cycle info and past cycle info look here:

Anyway I just got my letro that is mentioned in that thread and i'm wondering if I should start it now? Or wait till PCT? I want to get a jump on these already messed up nip's if I can, but I don't want to make my PCT ineffective by starting it early. Mr.X ? Macro?

Hope that makes sense, but its my only way to measure it and I want to be sure since these doseages are so sensitive.
 
if the concentration is 2.5mg/ml and your dose is 1.25mg then you want 0.5ml.

measuring with a syringe is the best and most accurate way of doing things!
 
Also for anyone with an opinion, I scooped up a bottle of that "Hyper Gain" that spellwin put in the announcments. I mean pay for shipping? Why not?

Anyway it has Tribulus Terrestris or however you spell it in it, and I was wondering if I should hang on to this to throw in with PCT since Tribulus is a natty test stimulant? Is it powerful enough to matter in a PCT case? I mean it was 7$ for shipping so....

Start your own and try not to hi-jack these threads, bro.

To answer your question, you can run it whenever you want....most people don't see a bit of difference in recovery using Tribulus....and personally, me neither; waste of money IMO.

But that product you are using is a creatine right? They just throw a bunch of other shit in there, and call it a "break-through" product from what I remember. I would run the creatine PCT..... :coffee:

Start your letrozole treatment now - no need to let the gyno get any bigger IMO. :coffee:

1.25mgs ED is a good start, you can always bump dosages if you need it. 1 ML is 2.5mgs, so 1.25mgs would be 1/2 ML (or 1/2 cc).

I think I did start this thread??? Oh well, sorry.

Started the letro i'm on day 3 so far at 1.25mgs. I seem to be dropping water already somehow, not sure if this stuff is just that damn good or what.
My abs and obliques are probably 1/2 the level of water they were. My diet hasn't changed and its been workouts as usual so I have to assume its something with the letro.... no complaints here...

Also and this is the best part, only 3 days into this stuff and I can actually FEEL a difference, although small in the gyno. Right one was always worse then the left one but they are beginning to even out

Letrozole is best; when you try it yourself, you immidiately know the difference between letro and every other Anti-E out there. Keep me updated bro :coffee:

Well I haven't started it yet, saving it for PCT to see if the tribulus in it will help me at all. If not the creatine in it will, plus the 2 bottles of CEE that I have :)

Oh Mr.X Question, should I use HCG for this cycle? sust / eq and possibly winny for the last 6wks ?
Keeping in mind of course that I just started the letro and i'm only on week 5 of my cycle.
 
Gyno update: Continuing to shrink, left one is GONE for the most part which is unbelievable. Sunday will be one week, and its only thursday!!!

500IUs HCG ED for 10 days should be fine.
 
Yeah it seems that the hard tissue stuff is gone for the most part, all that remains is the puffyness that dissapears when your nipple gets hard. Not sure what the difference is, but i'm not complainin thats for sure...

Having some issues with lethargy.... The past 3 days especially and today is the worst yet. My back workout yesterday was the worst workout since starting my cycle 5wks ago. Is it this letro? Should I back down the doseage? I mean this is not going to help gains if I can barely stand up and function muchless lift with intensity.....

It sounds like possible dehydration, have you had changes in your diet or water intake?

Yeah, i'll be honest with this one. Haven't been tracking my water intake at all, and diet has been middle ground at best. I'm supplied back up with protein again, and actually supplementing my carbs as well with Carb-o-hit or whatever to make sure I get enough calories. Probably is dehydration though if anything, cuz the letro is obviously doing its job in all its many ways.

A lot of times when you're not keeping track of water intake and you're training/doing cardio etc... you'll start feeling light headed and tired - that's a good sign that's you're dehydrated. How's your potassium intake?
 
Ran out of daily vitamins as well.... might be to do with that because i'm not exactly sure of my potassium intake at the moment without them... its been hard to track because of my being forced to travel a lot... wedding planning.. menu is always varying...

Had a great dinner of chicken breasts and mashed potatoes for carbs and it seemed to solve todays earlier lethargy. Seems to be like 3pm to 7pm usually.

If you're diet is changing, a problem that can occur is that you're in and out of ketosis - i.e. low carb one-two days, then high carb. If you go in and out of ketosis, it tends to make you tired and lethargic. Top it off with possible dehydration and you have yourself a big problem.

Wow... you hit the nail on the head bro thanks a lot. Thats definatly what it is. I added in carbs with my shakes like I said and that threw me off at first. I'm getting used to it now (and gaining weight) plus I just added in D-bols for the next 4wks (wks 6-10) and i'm going to manage my water intake more.

Diet is always key - most people have some type of an issue with diet that evolves into other problems.
 
Gyno Update:

Well rolling into the 2nd week of 1.25mg ED and the results have been great so far. I noticed that about 4 days ago the progress seemed to kind of stop. While the reduction in size of the tissue has been very noticeable, it seems to not be reducing anymore. I am wondering if perhaps I need to up the dose since I also just started D-bols for the next 4 weeks (rolling into week 2 of those).

The hard tissue is gone, seems to have all broken up into more "spread out" but still "tissue" feeling stuff. Also I seem to have the best looking progress in the morning and they seem to be the most puffy at night or towards the evening. Not sure what that has to do with anything or why it seems to go back and forth like that...

I say bump the dosage to 2.5mgs ED - the intial 2 weeks went well for you, so that's very good news ;) You're getting rid of gyno with a letro bottle vs. paying $7,000 to be cut up by a knife (gyno surgery)...so good man.

True true.... i'm coping with the joint dryness well considering how much they are dry...

Will letro aid in the destruction of the puffyness? I have read of the different types of gyno and I'm not quite sure if what I have left is the "other" kind or the estrogen related kind, cuz there is a HUGE difference that even my fiance` is excited about.
She was like wow I never thought they looked bad, but now I see what you were talking about (or don't see).

You got a huge difference from your initial dose, so you're on the right track. I would say increase it to 2.5mgs and run it until all the gyno is gone. The letrozole will do well for 'destruction of the puffyness' ;)
