You know I always spell that damn word wrong, I must have a mental block on it. I look at it after I spell it but either way I spell it, it looks wrong

I'm like that with the word "diesel" everytime I write out that word I think I've misspelled it even when it's right. I have to put it in exspense reports at work all the time and always double check it. For some reason I always want to spell it deisel it just looks right to me. Funny that it's also you handle here thus me writing Dgunz.LOL

I am still using an HST training plan, not 5x5, but I changed the exercised I do for back to pull ups and bent over barbell rows.

I was out of town all weekend and now I am catching up at work so I haven't been around as much as of late.

still leaving people profile messages though.
