i agree with lestat. fuck dogs. no jailtime for him.

iv seen kids do more fucked up shit to eachother and it labeled as "kids being kids".

therapy sessions, fines, and thats it.

in all seriousness, i just think jailtime is excessive, i dont think rape of humans and animal abuse is on the same level, but the amount of jailtime for each is about equal.

if my mother got raped, and the guy did the jailtime alongside and equal to someone who killed a couple hundred dogs...well that would be sad

it all boils down to people being inconciderate towards others beliefs or what is held in value. this is basically why we're at war right now....but, if you looked out your window and saw some splib choking a dog to death and went about your day as if nothing is wrong, well, you're just plain fucking wired wrong.
