im looking to consistanly put on mass and stay fairly lean. lemme know how this is for a diet. first off im going back on creatine to help add weight.
Also will be taking multivitamen
meal 1:
4 egg whites 2 whole eggs.
cooked in olive oil with a piece of cheese
eaten on whole wheat bread.
meal 2:
protein shake 2 scoops ON protein with milk + 1 scoop ANPB
meal3:
Grilled chicken breast marinated in italian.
Glass of milk.
meal 4: same as meal 2
meal 5: not sure what i should put here, let me know.
tahts what i plan and i will have a shake postworkout.
