Legs today anyone?

squats 2 sets 6-8 reps
leg press 2 sets 8-10 reps
hack squat 2 sets with a drop set

stiff legged deads
1 set 8-10 reps
lying curls 2-3 sets 8-10 reps with a drop set

seated calves 75 reps done rest/pause

abs 5 sets of 8 reps, static holds with 45lb plate


what I'm thinking about doing + warmups, of course....anyone else?

Got this thing on deads....start with 60lb on each side and do a set of 6.......add 10 and do another...add 10...etc. until failure....anyone try>
 
wish i could do leg press and seated calves.....i'm stuck working out at home for 4 weeks cause my semester is over and i've gotta stay home with my son. oh well, i'm making the best of it.

legs tomorrow, bis and tris today. :)
 
Seated calves are SIMPLE at home........just put a plate on your knees and get a block.........anyone else on today? My least favorite workout...dread it....not because it's so fing intense, but because my lower back never recoops in time.......hurts for days, even though it is pretty strong.......oh well............
 
Legs today for me!

Squats 3 sets of 6-8
leg press 4 sets of 12-15
ham curls 4 sets of 8-10
seated calf raises 5 sets of 25

abs on decline bench

explain further, please. i thought seated calves were doing them on maybe the incline press, but seated. or are they actually reverse calves? (which i tried standing and almost fell on my head!)

That sounds painful, yet intriguing ...
 
it's intense.....10 to each side btw.......so next set is 70 on each side.........I start at 60 and can get to 110 for 3-4......and I'm maxed...maybe I'll start with 70 today and try to get to 115

I just started doing these again & thought I might puke..LOL! I actually moved them to the end of my leg workout cuase was having trouble walking afterwards..
 
Legs tomorrow

Squats 3 X 10
Leg Press sets of 10, add weight 'till failure.
Standing leg curl 3 x 10
Standing calf raise 3 x 30

Leaves my legs sore for almost 3 days. It's a paint to walk up and down the stairs at home and work, specially bending the knees to use the toilet!
 
i got legs tomorrow as well. i'm looking at:

squats 5x5
leg press 2x10-12
walking lunges 2x10-12

SDL 2x10
standing leg curls 2x12

i can feel the pain already, but there is nothing like it. love for all those you understand
 
Squats 5X3
45% X 4 X 3, box squats, explosive
45% X 4 X 3, jumping squats
25% X 4 X 3, jumping squats
Leg press 5X5
That's what legs i did last workout...i'll prob go for my hammies next one...right now really trying to focus on my quads...
Did some cleans 5X3 explosive
deadlift max for 3 reps
As well....so i think my legs took a pounding...they are hurting today....finally...
