Legs and nausea....

I feel like hell. I just did all supersets on legs, plus 15,12,10 on reps. It has been an hour and I still feel like puking.
 
Well now is a perfect moment for a Tuna and Milk shake:
12oz of milk
2 cans of Tuna
Blend till mildly chunky and drink. hmmmmm good, enjoy!
 
When I first started training Havoc, I use to take a bottle of Ultra Fuel and a can of tuna, mix all in a blender, then chug. There is no way I could do that now.
 
Baking soda before the workout in a drink will reduce the amount of lactic acid that builds up doesn't it? Isn't that what the puke feeling is?
 
hey, yesterday was the first time i didnt feel sick while doing legs...think it had a little to do with the fact that my head felt like it was going to fall off my shoulders from the worst 2-day headache in the world (going on day 3 now!)
