Legality of AS in the UK

I will be moving from the US to the UK for two years and was wondering what the legality of AS is in the UK.

Is it illegal to possess?

Is it easier or more difficult to obtain in the UK vs the US?

Are there any nearby countries that I could obtain AS from and have a good chance at bringing them back to the UK?
