Yes. That's why you will never see any shops selling weed in Nevada anytime soon, because if any were to pop up, then the Feds would no doubt move in and bust them under Federal Guidelines. The same shit is happening now in California since the Proposition 215 Law passed several years back, for medical mary jane usage. Even so, if the law passes, you still will in fact be allowed to posess up to 3 ounces LEGALLY, as long as it isn't a Federal agent who might find it on you.
