LEGAL WEED in Nevada-

On the news last night they said they are very close to legalizing weed in the state of Nevada, you can have up to 3 ounces, you have to be 21 yrs old to buy it, you can't smoke in public but it will be 100% legal to go in your house with some friends and burn a bowl-I don't like smoking weed that much but maybe I'll reconsider and use the munchie benefits

It is true, there have been ballots and people trying to get you to sign petition for a long time, this debate has been going on a long time and they finally came to the conclusion and they will legalize weed here

THey're thinking about legalizing it up here in Canada too..maybe in a year or so. They mite as well since weed is better for you than fucking cigarettes are!!

g-dogg im in NV too, its in the works but the federal government has already threaten to step in. They changed the laws already once in the last year, it used to be a felony even for having a seed on you. Personally I dont think the federal government will let it fly. but if they do I am breaking my hydroponics kit out of the garage.

The petition in Nevada does have enough signatures - and the vote will go to the people in November. You are right -- if the law passes, 3 oz. will be legal to own and marijuana will be sold and taxed by state run stores.

Don't get too excited yet. There's one other thing to consider. If the vote gets a majority in this Novembers election, the same question will have to go on the 2004 ballot in Nevada and get a majority vote again. Only then can it become a law.

Regardless bro, it'll be at least 2 more years before you can go to the store and score a bag............
