I believe they are legal in Russia. They are not legal in Thailand however they tend to turn a blind eye on it.

A lil birdie I know had no trouble getting them in turky last year. Pretty awesome Organon test, sust, and Deca. I remember when these same organon products were all over the place in Jersey in the mid 90's...those were the days..hehe
