They can make things pretty uncomfortable for you even if you would ultimately walk away from it.

What they would do is charge you with everything they could get you with starting with the highest crime and working down becuz most of the time a DA can get a plea and it will get plead down. But if LE REALLY wants you they will get you. But if they drug test you and you pass and they find no stash in your house and just find talks about this shit on ur PC ur fine. If they dont find a computer at all then well :: thats my favorite smiley by the way hahaha

Listen, we gave the police these powers to find and prosecute child pornography offenders and terrorists. Now they are using (ABUSING) these same legal processes we gave them, since they are in a position of trust, making a mockery of the constitution.

Sure, they have plenty to prosecute, and posession is NOT required. It's a shame that they are abusing the investigative priviliges afforded to them by the Congress to pursue cases outside of child pornagraphy and terrorism. It is only serving to show that they care only about their career advancement, and not so much about our citizens.

9 times out of 10, it isn't the roid stash that lands people in trouble. It is other shit they find. Recs, guns, stolen cable boxes, probation violations, etc..
