legal advice please

I don't actually think "The Crown" has had any real power for a century mate, it's just a figurehead.

I think we done alright with India, they have a better functioning democracy than us tbh lol. S.Africa is originally Dutch colonised I think :confused:

yeah bro is getting married there got a big BB rented for the week starting today...and i've been in the desert hating life with extreme heat...pretty hot in norcal currently
 
Why doesn't your friend seek legal advice through, hmmm, I dunno, a lawyer? I don't know what job apps are like in Canada, but In the US I've come across apps asking about previous convictions OR charges (ie: "Have you ever been comvicted or charged with a felony....."). So, at the very least, had he said, "no" in response to such a query (I'm assuming the job app came after the charges), then he'd be guilty of lying on app even if not tried for the crime.

do they have those in canada??? pardon the question, i figured with socialized medicine, they'd have socialized tort law as well..
