Leg Workout while sick...

Ok, so I went to train my girlfriend at the gym, as usual... and, I'm sick... so I haven't really worked out in about 5 days (this was on Monday).

I figured, why not do my leg workout along with her... I'll only do 3 exercises... Zercher Squats, Stiffy Deadlifts and the last to be determined at the end of the workout.

(Keep in mind, I didn't have my girl do zerchers).

So, I do 3 sets of the Zerchers... after which each, I felt like passing out. The three sets of stiff legged deadlifts were ok...

So, for the last set, I decided to do walking lunges with 50lb dumbbells -- I paced off 30 yards and did it down and back. I could only do one of these sets.

Probably not a tough workout, but being sick really made it tough... I feel better from having gone through it.

that's always the case brotha...but i do believe those type of workouts play a bigger role for us in the future!! but they help don't they?? tb

I have gotten training done this week... just last week, I only got 3 workouts in... took more days off than I worked out... major chest congestion and when I started to workout I'd about pass out... not really conducive to a good workout.... or my health...

The leg workout was my first one where I started to feel somewhat healthy...
