I have recently decided to train my legs 2x week. I also run around 15 miles a week, I was wondering if I should just keep it to 1 workout or if 2 is allright. I am traning for speed on my runs, which are usually 3 miles in length, currently I run around 7 min. mile over 3 miles, and am looking to better this. Would the extra leg workouts hinder this?
