Leg size for an Ectomorph!! HELP!!

No matter how hard i train legs they just wont grow. I'm not sure if i am over training them or not training them enough. What do u pro's think?

I usually do legs once every 5 - 6 days but train heavy. My legs r usually sore for 3 - 4 days.

4 sets Leg press 12/10/8/4-6 reps heavy

4 sets squats 12/10/8/4-6 reps heavy

3 sets Leg press 10/8/6 - stripping down

3 sets ham curls 10/8/8 - stripping down

What am i doin wrong?, is it just genetics cause the rest of me is freakn huge just my legs dont wanna seem to grow? Should I try training legs for higher reps or what? Though i am an ectomorph they should grow a bit with the stack i am on. (Sus 250mg/Deca 300mg/ and oral d-bol 50mg). Yes my legs have gained a bit of weight but nothin like my upper. I am doin 500mg of sus a week with 300 mg of deca a week and 50 mg of d-bol a day! what am i doin wrong?
 
Eat everything you can find. With your "super suppliments" you should be able to put on muscle considering you lift hard and supply your body with enough protien to build new muscle and the caloric energy to build muscle.

focus more on your form than lifting really heavy. see, when it comes to leg workouts its often very easy to get carried away by lifting too much weight. in doing so, you no longer work the legs properly as your form gets sloppy.

take some weight off, do the reps super slow, and really FOCUS on the burn until you just cant do another rep. after your last rep you should feel incredible pain in the muscle worked for 2-5 seconds. that's how you know that you kicked ass that set.
 
TIME!!!!! IT TAKES TIME!!!! Any lagging bodypart or exercise...takes TIME to change.

Read up on Needsize's 5x5 routine. One of the reasons why it works so well is because it focuses on you using heavier weights because of the lower reps. Heavier weights tend to transfer over into total body growth.

Leg Press and leg curls:( Why???? You could get so much more out of hack squats/box squats and stiff legged deadlifts.

haha stick to things that include you, a bar and a shit load of weight. Like b fold said squats, deads, stiffys, ft squats, zenchers. i recomend doing back squats for 5x5 or 5 x3 and following that up with 2 sets of both ft squats and SLDL's for sets of 8-12 with 45-1 min rest. Work very well for me. Good luck in your quest for LARGENESS
