Following is my leg routine after the replacement of my right hip joint. The machines used are Body Master. I have finally begun to get back some strength and hopefully some size.
5X8-6 calve raises. 300 lb
5x8-6 seated ham curls. 150 lb
3x10 leg press 305 lb
3x10 single leg press 205 lb
Done with stretching and gait exercises. M/W/Fri
