The gym at work doesn't have a power cage, or squat rack.... so basically... I have a leg press and a smith machine to use as my primary leg exercises.
Which of the two would you use?
I don't have a lot of time at lunch to fangdangle up a home made barrels 'n tires deal a la B Fold... so I was just curious what you'd use?
I think I might just say screw it, and join a better gym... (or at least get a drop in deal for Leg day...)
I currently am doing a 5x5, so I've been doing 5x5s on the leg press, then doing lunges across the Gym floor with a barbell... SLDLs, and leg curls to finish of... so far so good... but I might switch the Leg Press to smith squats...
What do you guys/gals think?
