i was wondering if anyone really does these?Im currently doing the old school work out and the leg exercises that are used are lots of squats and deadlifts.

I do them, but I notice that most people in the gym just go through the motions when they are doing curls. They might be moving the weight, but they are not sqeezing the hamstring at the top.
I agree, I guess it appears as if I chose one over the other. I do them both, but it seems like I never got really sore in the hamstrings till I did SLDL's.
