Iv'e been noticing lately that my left quad is getting bigger than my right. I'm left footed so I think this is somewhat normal, but I would like to know what I can do to bring the right up even with the left?
I had a similar issue. I found the route of it to be 2 things....
1. my stupid leg extension machine was bent, causing me to use more of my right quad.
2. I always mix in sets of single leg extensions and wasnt religious about switching the leg I did first from week to week.
