I did 500mg of sust all in my left shoulder the day before yesterday and now the middle head and rear heads of my left delt are fucking killing me.
I had no idea sust could hurt this much, I cant even lie down on my left side.
I was wondering whether it was because I had injected too much sust into one delt. I have done 250mg of sust in a shoulder and it had not hurt much.
Is there anything I can do to stop the pain or should I just ride it out?
