I need a a little inspiration for when I start my bulking cycle! How high do u think Lee's bf goes when he is bulking?

just curious
 
Like 25% maybe. The guy's a machine. I don't think that any other pro can do what he does to get into contest shape so fast.
 
Of all the professional bodybuilders, i don't think it's wise to choose Lee as an inspiration. Sure, the guys a monster, but he puts on so much unnecessary weight in the off season, that its literally killing him.
 
his off season he eats fuckin mcdonalds and shit like that.. he is such a badass with the best genetics.. he loses like 50 pounds in a matter of weeks before the contest.. he is a BADASS.
 
he needs to grow so he eats, what's wrong with it? who wanns to mess with him huh?
 
offseason that bitch gets up to 295lbs and competes at 225lbs.

He is about 5'4" - or shorter LOL
 
I think thats a little exagerated now, ive seen his offseason pics and he aint that fat!! Id say 250 pounds in the offseason and then 215 pounds contest ready!!

I spoke with Lee about three weeks ago he was guest
posing at the Midwest BB Classic, both him and his wife
are class acts. Real nice people. He is already cutting
for the Oct. Olympia I think that he was weighing about
240, some cuts were visible but not jumping out by any
means. He said his latest medical exams were good.
 
i met chris cormier in japan a year or two ago and we were talking about lee priest. he said that he gets str8 up FAT in the offseason and then drops 70lbs in a matter of weeks. chris was kinda of making fun of him and also expressed concern because he said that shit UNHEALTHY as fuck.
 
it dose not go up to 25%, i would say at the most 15%. the extra weight is water not fat. and yes you have to eat to grow, thats why lee has got elegidly 20' arms and he is probably the shortest pro.
 
I have seen an off season pic of Lee ...that if it didn't have his name below the caption...you would wonder who the hell the pic of the fat pig was .....but he does have the best arms on earth!
 
I read in an article in flex that his doctor told him he had something wrong with his heart....but he competed anyways.....he's a damn machine I tell ya.....and his arms are fucking huge!!!!!
 
I saw a picture of that freakin freak in flex a few years back, and they had a picture of him crushing a full soda can (unopened) in his hand like and egg and making soda shoot out like a super soaker. Thats some fucking forearm power. HAHAHA.
 
acording to one of his articles he does very high rep sets of wrist curls for his forarms, some where in the range of 100 reps

dont know how true that is, he also claims that all he takes for bulking is 2cc of para w/2cc deca

and for cutting him and paul delete aperently shoot 1cc of winstrol once or twice a week

i was fucking laughing when i read that one.

And where the fuck did Pauls growth hormone gut came from then?
 
Damn, those arms are HUGE! I think if he got you in a rear naked choke or a front gullotine, you'd pass out fairly quick.

Ive seen pictures of Priest looking so fat that I wouldnt have known it was him if his name wasnt under the picture....Although he must be doing something right, at 5'4" he is a monster.

He told off a judge for making a bad decision. Actions that show bad sportsmanship don't get you very far in the sport.
 
IMO I would never want to look like that. He's so out of proportion it's rediculous. In the first pic he looks like a midget on synthol.
 
I just saw lee guest pose this past weekend in florida, he claims to be at about 270lbs but looked more. He was so fat he had no shape what so ever, looked like the marshmellow man from ghost busters. Im sure he is a very nice person but he looks horrible in the off season. sure knows how to diet though.

Who cares what he looks like in the off season. The off season is for the sole purpose of bulking, putting on as much muscle as you can. And who says he doesn't have symmetry? I'd have to say that he'll never win the Olympia because of his height, but the guy is a mass monster. It's what most of us strive for. Lee says himself that he wants to look like the freaks in the comic books, and that guy Max Rep that you see in Musclemag. Lee doesn't want to look human. And he IS THE ONE AND ONLY SUPERMAN!!! His video is awesome, can't wait to see his new video. I've met him a few different times, hell of a nice guy.

Well, I here that he's not putting as much weight like he did before. I've seen some pics from a year or two ago during his offseason and he looks like Fat Bastard's mini me. I read somewhere that during one offseason he actually tipped the scales at 295 pounds. That's a lot of weight for a guy that short. Due to heart problems, I hear that he's not getting as fat. But I've seen the pictures from a few years ago. I actually have them in one of my magazines from 2 years ago.
 
On a side note... has anyone ever noticed how before Lee got his nascar tattoo on his right shoulder, his superman tattoo would switch sides in different photo shoots? I was flipping through a muscle and fitness and noticed that it was on his left side in most pics, and on his right side in some others. Maybe he got it at Burger King?
 
DOOLEY: I've also noticed that about his superman tattoo. I think it has something to do with the photos negatives. If the tattoo is on his right arm in the pic, then you flip the negative over it will look like it is on his left. They must mess up sometimes when putting the pics in the magazines and put the wrong side of the negative up. Im not sure though. Just my 2 cents.

i cant belive that his arms are only 20 3/4 to 21 inches around. i think they look even bigger in that offseason pic posted above

i got a pic taken with priest. he looked like he was pushin 280lbs. big gut. he was drinkin protein shakes like crazy. he downed 2 while i was in line. his arms were way over 20 inches though. i didnt hear the man speak the whole time i was there. in one of his training videos he claims he doesnt work his forearms..

THis happens alot. It turns right handed guitar players into left handed one sin magazines all the time...lol.

Just cause he's big doesnt mean his can take someone... I'd put my money on a small Gracie Family Member any day.
