Same here. This kicks ass. I have been taking like 1500 mgs a day, about 300 before each meal.
Its great.
In fact, I have gone down quite a bit on carbs, stachy carbs, which usually is tough for me, but when doing this while using ALA - its a LOT easier. The carb cravings are like GONE.
I have a mealk with just like hicken and a veggie (like cauliflour, brocolli, beans, etc - not a starchy veggie) and I do NOT get carb cravings later.
