I am trying to get ripped and gain some about 10-20 lbs in mass and wouldnt mind getting my calves to a decent size. I work my calves everyday like my abs which i never did in the past.
I stop working my legs after i tore my ACL. I was scared to work them cause i need a knee replacement but they wont give me one until i am 60. Crazy right. Now I am not scared, i will just be cautious
I work out in the morning cause i work at nights. It hard to eat all the food i bring to work cause i work at the airport. Sorry bore you guys.
