You are right on the money with your first reply. Again all advise are welcome.
I am trying to get ripped and gain some about 10-20 lbs in mass and wouldnt mind getting my calves to a decent size. I work my calves everyday like my abs which i never did in the past.
I stop working my legs after i tore my ACL. I was scared to work them cause i need a knee replacement but they wont give me one until i am 60. Crazy right. Now I am not scared, i will just be cautious
I work out in the morning cause i work at nights. It hard to eat all the food i bring to work cause i work at the airport. Sorry bore you guys.

These guys are pointing you in the right direction. Cut your DBol back a few weeks, and bump up your test dosage a lil just to be on the safe side when dealing with Deca.

However on this cycle, youre going to put on some serious size especially with your frame. Getting lean and ripped all comes from diet and cardio :coffee:
 
Shit I'm 5'9" 195 and my arms arent huge. Make sure you have a good training split bro don't favor one bodypart or another you'll regret it.

Thanks bro, thats what i am trying not to do this time around. I am trying to even out everything.
