I'm planning my 3rd cycle which its goal is to get quality muscle, hardness the muscle mass acquired till yet and to look more ripped.

My stats: 5'8" 191 lbs and 14% bf

I was thinking of:

week 1: 2ml EQ + 1ml Cyp + 15mg winny tabs
week 2: 2ml EQ + 2ml Cyp + 15mg winny tabs
week 3: 2ml EQ + 2ml Cyp + 20mg winny tabs
week 4: 2ml EQ + 1ml Cyp + 20mg winny tabs
week 5: 1ml Tren EOD + 20mg Anavar + 20mg winny tabs
week 6: 1ml Tren EOD + 25mg Anavar + 20mg winny tabs
week 7: 1ml Tren EOD + 30mg Anavar + 20mg winny tabs
week 8: 1ml Tren EOD + 35mg Anavar + 15mg winny tabs
week 9: 5000IU HCG x 2
week 10: 5000IU HCG

whats the actual mgs of the eq-cyp-tren?

after some advises that i got from ppl here i've decided that i'll go for:

week1-10: test cyp @ 400mg/week
week1-10: EQ @ 400mg/week
week 1-3: anavar @ 20mg/ED
week 3-6: anavar @ 30mg/ED
week 11-12: HCG 5000IU 1amp/week
week 11: clomid @ 100mg/ED
week 12-13: clomid @ 50mg/ED
week 11-13: nolvadex @ 10mg/ED & Proviron 25mg/ED

btw, i'm a quite a novice user - that's why the dosage is not so high

im not an expert on this but i do believe that HCG should b takin while ur on, and that its surpressive when takin during pct, but im sure some1 with more knowledge will chime in, and u start ur PCT to early Test Cyp is still active in ur body 3 weeks after last injection and EQ is somewhere around 18 days. So u might want to start PCT on week 13 that way the test n eq will both be clear from ur system.

He's not doing the hcg during his pct though. Read closer. He's doing it right after his last injection to bring the boys back. Then he is taking pct two weeks after.
