Lean Mass?

Hi everyone, My goal is to gain lean mass. Please give some advice on what I finally decided to cycle. Also how much lean mass will I gain with this cycle?

Week 1-8 Winny Depot 50mg EOD
Week 1-8 Primo Depot 300mg Week
Week 10 Clomid 100mg ED
Week 11 Clomid 50 ED

run the winny ED not EOD,and up your primo to 400mgs/week.How much mass you will gain is dependent on your diet,but if that is in place,you could gain between 5-10%or so of your over all total bodyweight now.

Thanks Huck, you always give the best advice. Re: my diet I try my best to eat 6 times a day but moslty 4 to 5., Sometime it's hard. I get mostly protien and some carbs. I try my best to stay away from fats, except every breakfast 5 egg whites omellete in olive oil and low fat peanut butter in wheat bread.

That's excellent.While running the primo/winny,make sure to feed into the increased protein synthesis you will be experiencing.Get that protein intake up to 1.5-2grams per pound of bodyweight daily.This will go a long way towards how much LBM you will gain.
