Ok bros I'm trying a month of heavy ass lifting like 5 to 7 reps of everything after some warm up sets with pretty decent/big eating but clean, like chicken, lean burgers, green beans and peanut butter with some carbs on training days. I am going to lessen cardio to 2 or 1 time a week b/c of the sweat and exertion I put out while working out in the shed. Is it still possible to cut pretty well and keep some lean mass? I am AAS free from now on. 6'2", 210 lbs cut down from 224 and body fat is around 14% as of now and looking to drop to 10% or less in 6 weeks but keep some size. Any thoughts? Thanks to all who respond.
