Lean but Big Stomach?

Im 6ft 231 11%fat.

My abs are almost cut, starting to show some definition.

But when relaxed my stomach seems fat! I also have love handles that show when I wear tight shirts. Its not that bad but I notice it.


I am doing cardio, 3 x per week and have gotten leaner already but my stomach is the problem.
 
This will be the last thing to go. You will start to see abs well at 10% and as you go down to 7% the last of the roll will dissolve. This is the hardest place to remove that fat. Increase the cardio to 4-5 times a week and use a steep incline at a low speed 3.5-4.5. On the incline i go as high as possible. This will help with the fat burn. One secret is hold on like hell and walk backwards on the treadmill. As the body is nou used to walking backwards it really helps burn the fat. Start very slow if you do this as its not easy.
 
I am doing a HIT cardio sessions that was pushed in www.musclemedia.com 30 sec sprint, 30 sec easy I started at 4 min... Im up to 7 min, by the time Im up to 15 min, I should be fairly cut.
Its actually its really hard.
 
having a big stomach can also be caused by the actuall size of your stomach sack..by eating smaller more frequent meals you can make it shrink
 
I dont eat much... so I know my sack is small.... I enjoy shakes much more... but maybe that is correct.

I alsio used to juice heavy years ago... is it possible my organs are big? Im sitting down right now and feel a bilghe at my belt line. hen I stand up they are flat and a little muscular.

you just wanted to say "big", "size" and "sack" in the same sentence and not be in the negative tense.
