NO I MEAN THE WAY ITS ABSORBED TOO QUICKLY THE BODY CANT HANDLE IT..IM 115 LBS WORK OUT 4 DAYS A WEEK AND PRETTY LEAN.,...I JUST WNANNA KNO ALSO WOULD HALF CUP OF SKIM MILK TURN TO FAT BEFORE BED WHEN I MEX IT WITH THE DESIGNER..U EVER TASTE IT .? WHAT SHAKE U TAKE AND TASTES GOO D FOR LOW CARB> WHAT DO U RECOMMENED???

. yes that is true but it doesn't mean if you have a couple you just fucked up and are gonna get fat. No they just mean that you should LIMIT you carb intake at night. For example I try not to eat any carbs after about 6:00p.m. But I still get minimal carbs from say like some cottage chz, or protein bar, or my MRP shake, so to make things easy...just keep it minimal...you'll be fine with what we talked about.
