can someone tell me where to find or even give me a daliy plan on how to eat on my test/deca cycle so i will grow like HELL, but stay lean as possible, or is this not even possible
 
you can either "grow like HELL" OR "stay as lean as possible", but if you try to do both you'll be disappointed.

if you want to bulk, you gotta make eating a full time job. you'll put on some fat, but the fat comes off that much easier with all that added muscle mass you gotta fuel.

if you want to get lean, you need to have a very clean diet and do cardio. burn more cals than you are consuming. this doesn't make a very opportune environment for building muscle.



if you are bulking and your diet is very clean, yet you are getting your protein and calories, then you CAN "bulk" without putting on as much fat. its just much more difficult and unless you really know your body, chances are this won't work well
 
You can't grow like HELL unless you eat like HELL! You are going to get a little soft from water retention and the fact that you need to take in more calories than your body actually needs. That is the only way to make sure you get the best out of your hard earned money and the time put into the gym. To keep it to a minimum just eat good clean solid foods like chicken and tuna which are high in protein but relatively low in fat. POUND the protein shakes. You need plenty of protein for your muscles to grow. I like to take in at least 1.5-2 grams of protein per pound of bodyweight and more when on. Right now is not the time to be worrying about a little excess weight. Concentrate on growing and worry about toning up after you are done bulking. If you eat clean you will come out better.
 
yo just eat bro fuck the fat just cut it off later on. ive been eating mad whoppers now that they're 99 cents and with all the traingin ive been doing im not even gainin too much fat i dont think. however if i do i really dont care cause i know theres a lot of muscle underneath it thats gonna be visible later on.
 
that info sounds good, how about if i ate like hell with tons of protein for the first 10 weeks, while i was on all that test and deca, and then the last 4 weeks on the winstrol i cleaned up a little, what would that do, or should i just eat the same while im on that too
 
Saying eat like hell or you won't grow is a shitty statement... You don't have to be eating like a pig to grow at all. Obviously if you are eating fast food all day you are gonna get the calories and some protein but shit you're gonna look like the pillsbury dough boy.

I dont think you have to have 5000+ cals a day to grow. Eat good healthy food, don't go over board. I don't think it is needed.

I have found that this intake is a good idea for gaining while staying lean:

Protein: 350g
Carbs: 250g
Fat: 60g from meat and efa's

This is what my diet looks like when i am trying to gain some muscle and stay lean.

Breakfast: Half a carton of egg beaters made with flax oil, kraft fat free cheese, fat free refried beans, on a whole weat flour tortilla.
It's about 60g protein, 50 carbs, 10g fat

Lunch: Protein Shake 50g protein, 30 carbs, 10 fat from flax

Snack: Same as lunch 50g prot, 300 carbs, 10 fat from flax

Post workout: Carb Drink with protein
50g prot, 80 carbs, 10 fat from flax

Dinner: 2 chicken breast, Sweet Potato, Some kind of greens
65g protein, 70g carbs, 20g fat from chicken and flax

Post dinner snack: Blue Bunny Ice Cream lite bar
10 carbs, 6 grams of fat

Before Bed Shake:
50g protein, 30 carbs, 10 fat

So add it up: 325g protein
-----------------300g carbs
-----------------66g fat

Total Cals: A little more than 3000 cals

In my opinion this is a great way to get big and stay lean


I would also suggest an r-ala, CLA, GLA stack and go higher on the carbs...

That stack will help you burn the fat while eating 2 or more times the carbs i said.
