LDG4033 put to the test!

Well I'm getting close to the two week mark...& still seeing steady gains in muscle fullness, strength gains seem to have slowed down a bit but still making improvements steadily. I plan to bump the dose to 2mg tomorrow.

Still not experiencing to bad of sides other than some slight lethargy after dosing....sense of well being is on point, I feel really good to say the least...probably the best I've felt in a while.

One of the biggest improvements I've noticed is muscle endurance!...I can bump out rep after rep. I decided to do a bit of a push up test and can litterally do push ups by the minutes...very impressive! Specially for someone like me where endurance is key!

Also I'm still in physical therapy 3 days a week...I'm seeing huge improvements there with me leg strength, it's really helping me rebuild the muscle I've lost faster. I just have to be very careful to not get carried away with the added strength, I've rehabbed many injuries both naturally & with the help of AAS/sarms...etc, so I have a good understanding on listening to my body & knowing how to put the added strength to use safely.

I'll bump the dose tomorrow and report my experience thanks for reading...more to come!
 
Had a rest weekend, just did some cycling so not much to report.

But the results have seemed to level off so I'm hoping the increase in dose will help....I'm gonna try 2.5mg.

Also what do you guys think about sublingual for dosing?...any benefit to that?...LDG is pretty tasteless so It would be easy to try it sublingual

i gota admit it seems like it would make the most sense... apairently manny cardio vascular pharmaceuticals are designed for sublingual administration.....

the more i think on this the more i am curious....
with such small amounts of liquid as = .1ml being 1full mg ... and a "high dose" being .3ml being 3mg how much are you actually swallowing anyway?
i have not dosed the lgd yet (its not here yet) but honestly even when i was running my rats on osta and s4 at much higher doses than lgd is run i always felt the liquid must get absorbed in the mouth and partly on the tongue...... and that is a considerable amount more liquid......
 
I never tried it sublingual, but maybe all try it on my next run.

Also I didn't get to update this log as much as I'd like. But just to give a quick run down on my LDG experience.

I was really pleased with LDG, I never got higher than 3mg a day. For my goals I was achieving good results. I put on 5lbs of muscle, I didn't really loose any fat but I didn't put on any either so I'd say they were "lean" gains. Energy stayed pretty good thru out the cycle, maybe just a hint of lethargy after dosing but muscle endurance and my motivation was top notch!. I noticed some slight shut down towards the end of the cycle but nothing major, I already feel recovered since stopping and starting pct.

I do a lot of endurance training for my sport and I always struggle to find compounds that don't feel like they hinder my endurance training, but LDG didn't impact my endurance, so I was very pleased with that.

Also like a said in my first post, I was rehabbing an Knee reconstruction...LDG really shined and helped my during my therapy! Although you can get yourself into trouble with the added strength and with your new ligaments not being fully healed, but it you use your head and know to not push it too hard then you can really benefit from the added boost...

So overall I was very pleased with my LDG run. I experienced decent muscle gains, great strength and muscle endurance, very minimal sides.

If your trying to bridge between cycles or if looking to get your feet wet when it comes to running cycles, then I think LDG is a great compound for you
