Lay off while on clomid?

I'm thining of taking a week off training the first week on clomid. I think this might help keep gains since I have been pushing myself so hard in the gym the last 10 weeks. Since body goes into a catabolic state, why stress the body even more with wieghts. Take a week or two off then hit the gym. What do you guys think?

that sounds good because after you stop your cycle your test levels will be low. It's good to take a break after a cvycle and then start back slowly. most people think the opposite that after your done you need to push harder in the gym to keep your gains, but that's exactly the opposite
 
a week off is a good thing!

I also take a week off from training after a cycle, while chewing my clomid..:)

You sound over trained just by reading your post. I think you should keep training. Just dont miss any workouts. All you have to do differently is get a hell of a lot more rest. Trust me, I keep all my gains after cycles. Take clomid and lots of protien, and just keep it up for another 2 months. Just sleep lots while on clomid. That is my secret I dont tell anyone. Your natural test will go up right away and your body will adapt to staying the same if you keep working out for that period. That is what I do.

so would u do a 7 dya split or a 4?

im goin on clomid in 10 weeks
