Law School Admissions

Suppose you just wanted to get in, and did not care where you went, or what the school was rated? What are the minimum numbers to get into the bottom rated schools?

Obviously, your LSAT score and other aspects (recommendations/connections/work experience) play a role in this equation, but at what point should you not even bother applying?

Any ideas? I am curious just how little it takes to become a lawyer.

I had a bad experience.

UGA is being sued over shady admissions.

I was an honor grad with a BS degree in Chemistry and scored very well on the LSAT and didnt get in b/c race admissions were used.

The lowest *average* I've seen is like 3.3 GPA and 151 LSAT, that was at either University of North or South Dakota (want to say South). However thats at a public university and I would suspect there are some small private ones with lower standards.

I have heard of some schools taking as low as a 2.0 gpa, and below a 145 lsat. Obviously, these are the rock bottom schools, but you can still in with horrible numbers.

But like anything else is life, sometimes it isn't what you know, it is who you know.
