The FBI has less then 300 field agents. The rest of the Feds sit behind a desk and do paperwork or work in a crime lab. I have a good friend whos sister became an FBI agent and is very disappointed with her career. If you want action then you need to be on the streets taking out big time dealers that smuggle cargo in. Any type of Narcotics officer would be much more exciting!
