Latest way to use DNP

taking 200mg per day for 30 days or so seemed popular a few months ago.

before that it was a ramp up for 7 to 10 days max.

what is the latest way to use DNP..at least what seems to be working the best with the fewest amount of sides.
 
how many different way can there possibly be? Take what your body can tolerate until you get the results you want.
 
DNP hasn't changed. Just find an effective way for you and stick with it, if you plan to take it at all.

Personally, DNP is not something that I would want to follow Fad trends in my dosage.
 
I don't plan to ever run it for more than a week at a time now. And no higher than 400mg. I had some weird shit happening with my taste after a week, made drinking water hard, and that's not a good thing.
 
Personally, I don't think I'm going to mess with it anymore either. I can't stand the way I feel while I'm on it. Super-hot and irritable. Let alone last time I had diarrhea so bad I thought my stomach was going to bust. But, if you run it IMO it's better to be short and sweet, don't stay on too long. I think working your way up to higher mg amounts for a shorter period of time is better than lower mg amounts for a longer period of time. The shit is strong and it doesn't take long for it to get going. I cycled it 3 days on 7-10 days off. That's it and it worked great! I would start on day one at 600-800mg, cut back to 400-600mg on day two, and then on day 3 it would be 200-400mg. Just my opinion though.
 
yea im way to scared of the shit, a guy at my gym did a 28 day blitz cycle though, and had good results, i'll see if i can find it for you
 
Ouch.....Flex...

I wouldnt go over 400mg, sides arent worth the returns.
300-400mg/day for 10 days will yield great results without being too hellish.
The one time i did 600mg.... i swelled up like a ballon and needed to be put on prednisone.
