I just couldn't face another protein drink so it's 1 cup of low-fat cottage cheese and a grape Crush soda.

I don't know why, but I haven't had a craving for a soda in a long time. I use to drink a pepsi nearly every day in the summer. I think I was working out harder, sweatin' more. I'm not even hungry at night lately. Must be the Mexican and Chinese I have every day at lunch. Probably 2500 calories in those single meals.
 
3 cans of tuna with mustard. skim milk and 1 ounce peanuts

Bro, mix them up thick and put in freezer about 45 min. Its good enough to fool me that its ice cream. In fact, I am eating one now

That's a lot of damn tuna. I eat it with sunflower seeds. Probably every day nearly for a year. Burnt out and haven't had tuna in a couple months
 
I have a real addiction to carbonation and I can easily kill 3-4 sodas a day. I've found some good tasting diet drinks now so I'm saving alot of calories.

diet Raspberry/cranberry Snapple
diet A&W root beer
Crystal Light strawberry banana
Pepsi One is tolerable

You and starfish with her Diet Pepsi. Be careful though, I've heard that carbonated drinks are linked to esophagul cancer. I can hardly drink them anymore without burping so loud that it echoes off the walls.
 
One thing I need to do is start drinking a glass of water in addition to whatever I'm drinking with my meal. I can't stand plain water so the crystal light helps.

I don't think so; definitely not the last few years.
 
I'm chowing down on some fresh choc-chip cookies right now. ;)

About 30 minutes ago, I had some cottage cheese and a fresh pear from the tree in my backyard.

my late night snack was my dinner and SOOOOOO wrong. penne alla vodka with sauteed spinach.
i'm never eating again.
 
Grape Soda? Man that sounds so gross. I basically drink nothing but water, milk, and beer though. Mostly water. Milk with cereal, shakes and stuff. If I drink soda now my teeth feel filthy and weird, I feel bloated and fat, and I have a full filling. Hate it.
 
I have an addiction to food, electrolux don't have a thing on me!
I hate to but i'm gonna break my diet tonite an go all out!
