Lastnight I got home about 12 am and was craving something. I look in the fridge and decided to eat some broccoli and carrots and some Deans ranch dip. I was wondering if it would be ok to eat the ranch dip this late? I think there was like 5gs of fat, 2 gs of protein and i think 2gs of carbs per tbsp. What do you guys think, is this ok to eat this late or should I just ignore the hunger and wait until my morning meal?
