I have been having trouble with late nigh eating these past few weeks. I finish work at 11pm and by the time I go to sleep its about 1am. Every single night I wake up between 3:30-4:30am and have a craving for any food or liquids. I eat whatever is in my way but I have to stop doing that because my diet in the daytime is very good. I eat 6 small meals containing 45g protein with either super low fat or carbs. The only carb meals I have are 80g carbs post workout with my protein shake and another 80g for the meal after post workout.( 90 minutes later) I am 190lbs. I feel full day time but when night time comes, watch out!
Anything I can do to not wake up in the middle of the night or be hungry at night? Thanks!
