Lat shots,people that have done them

Wonder anyone do lat shots? If so you shooting top,center or bottom...Nerves,pain for days? Tryed the teardrop on leg fuck thats shit.Lat seems like a better choice.

I shoot Lats all the time Ozz..... I usually grab the doorway, look in the mirror, and shoot right into the center of the Lat, but towards the back as much as I can reach..... The Lat is pretty Fiberous, kinda like the Quad, so be prepared to push a lil harder.... I use 1 inch needle, but 1.5 can be burried there too..... I will say, if you shoot Prop in there, and it's gonna be sore.... It hurts like a bitch...... Never hit a nerve or vein in there, so it's a pretty good location IMO..... Pecs are my new favorite injection spot though....

I did them many years ago when I was smaller; now it's hard as hell to reach my lat -chest and arms wont allow it. I stick to delts, bis and sometimes traps.

Thanks i dont use prop crap myself..I like to move and do things in life..
No nerves is always the best part to hear.Hit one of them boogers and you feel it..Thanks for taking the time to share...

Great spot to hit. It was a little freaky having it done the first time, but I hit it with prop and it wasn't too bad. Much less sore than delts for me. I hit in the center closer to abdomen. I looked at spotinjections.com I think.
