What is the better excersise for building up the lats?
A) Pull downs on a lat machine
B) Weighted chin ups
I find i can keep better form doing the chins, me and the pull down machine have never really seen eye to eye anyway (bad form, muscle pulls etc) so which is better? Or should i just alternate between OR EVEN do both?
Any opinions?
