Yeah, all of the above, but don't mistake deadlifts as just a lower back exercise. When you get up there in poundage, they blast the hell out of your traps, rear delts (they fry mine anyway) and even give your lats a hell of a pull.
I do weighted chinups now, but you should really make sure thta you are stong enough to do really good chins before adding weight, swinging, incomple reps (at the top OR bottom) and too low reps <3 negate using the exatra weight.
Cross bench pullovers are great too, as they are a more direct torso exercise than any of the others.
A good back workout is:
Deadlifts
Weighted Chins
Dumbell Bench Rows
Rear Delt machine/ dumbell raise
Today I did back, and did 7 sets of Bent Barbell Rows superset with Cross Bench Dumbell Pullovers for 10 reos on both exercises. My lats were pumped!
I tend not to do Barbell rows in the same workout as deadlifts, for the rows, I will use a bench row or machine.
