Last time in the gym ...

There was this guy, benching, he does a warm up and then he loads the barbell with a loooot of plates. I said, ok, I have to see this. Then he spends like 5 min. concentrated, he makes the movement very slowly on the air, he calls his buddy and ... zaz ... he barely perform 2 rep.
I said, well, he is going to do a drop sets, but no, he rests like 5 – 7 min. He adds 40 lbs, and this time he barely can do 1 negative. After that he says to his buddy, "I think I has a record here".
 
I guess he's better than the guy at my gym who loaded the plates up, tilted the bar so bad that the plates on one side fell off.....scared me half to death.....lucky he didn't hurt himself...
 
This reminds me of the guy that loads up 225 on flat bench and waits for 10 minutes...doesn't lift it...then 315.waits 10 minutes..doesn't lift it....then unloads the whole bar and leaves.....

There is a guy who does "squats" that way. Just loads up the bar with 2 plates a side. SHoulders the bar, steps back, then returns. Ads another plate per side and does the same thing. He does two of these with 3 plates a side. I've NEVER seen him actually squat the weight...

There are these two very white kids who spot each other... well while one is benching, the other is screaming, CMON NIGGA, CMON!!! CMON NIGGA...

Was that you I saw? The least you could do is "Man the boat" next time. TRAIN OR FUCKIN DIE!!
