There was this guy, benching, he does a warm up and then he loads the barbell with a loooot of plates. I said, ok, I have to see this. Then he spends like 5 min. concentrated, he makes the movement very slowly on the air, he calls his buddy and ... zaz ... he barely perform 2 rep.
I said, well, he is going to do a drop sets, but no, he rests like 5 – 7 min. He adds 40 lbs, and this time he barely can do 1 negative. After that he says to his buddy, "I think I has a record here".
