But seriously, I have been reading that dreams are actually considered in the medical world as possible indicators of the workings of your internal organs. I so do not want to take the chance.
I know small frame hard gainers like myself do shrink fairly quickly. I will stay in the gym about 3 days a week untill the rediculous pains go away and then I will go back to 5 days a week but much less intense.
