Last minute/last week super diet!

alright..ive been trying to cut for the last month, but without any anoblics for im still waiting for my winstrol/T3. but i have some clen with me which ive been cycling with for already a week. I have 1 week left before i rent @ the beach, and want to minimize my gut as much as possible....sure in a few months i'll be ripped...but that flab appearnce for this sunday has to go...

So im trying something i've never done before:

Mon-Sat.
Cardio for 30-40 minutes in the morning on empty stomach..

I am eating perfectly clean..low fat, moderate carb...low cal, high protein.

Gym after work. And cardio for 30 minutes after gym as well. I will be on clen for the 2nd and last week on this, so hopefully this and the high protein will mininmize any muslce loss i may see with this extra cardio. but i'll say this, i did this routine yesterday, and today by the morning, i looked like i lost so much fat...Good shit...i'll let you know how it goes.

yea one last thing...will be getting a tan....the sun does wonders!
 
how much extra weight do you plan to loose doing this? a pound, two?
even with clen that routine is gonna leave you in a catabolic state and most of weight you loose will unfortunately be muscle
i wouldn't ever try to loose more than a lb or 2 a week
unless of course your gonna do dnp, but thats a whole different ball game.
 
I don't think so bro..the only diff is that im doing cardio after the gym as well in the morning...and in the last few days, ive noticed my waist size shrinking at a rapid pace..i expect to loose maybe 5-6lbs of fat...clen works extremely well on low cal diets..
 
You're not going to lose 5-6 pounds of fat in one week with the methods your touting. I mean think about it, that's almost 1 pound a day. That means you have to be in a caloric deficit of 3500 calories a day. Hell that amount alone is my BMR so I'd have to eat nothing all week just to create that deficit. Of course that will shutdown my metabolism so by day 2 or 3 my fat loss will slow down. That's the simple science of the situation and you can't deny it.

Only way to lose that much fat that quickly is with DNP as it will increase your metabolism so fast that you will be able to create that kind of deficit. I have no doubt you lost that much weight in the past that quickly but I guarantee without anabolic supplementation that some of that was muscle. To believe that clen alone is able to save your muscle with that kind of caloric deficit would be a bit nieve. Also your waist shrinking probably has to do with water as well as no doubt you're losing some.

Now I could have misread your post, but it seems as if you were saying you could lose 5-6 pounds in the final week alone which is what I'm arguing against. Even 2 weeks with this kind of loss is pushing it, especially if you are already low bodyfat. If you're >/= 15% or so then you may be able to manage this kind of loss in a 2 week period, but without AS you are still risking some hard earned muscle loss.
 
agreed....... if this is your plan you will no doubtedly become frustarted when you don't reach your goals of 5-6 lbs in a week and maybe even give up. I see that a lot. People will diet so extreme or work out so hard that they become frustrated with their results and give up, losing everything they had gained or lost. What is important to not just change for a week or two, but to change your lifestyle. I just see your road now heading towards you burning yourself out. I know I don't know you and may be the most mentally discipline person every, but the best plan of attack will be to gradually make improvement.
