Last meal before bed

I already cut out carbs from my last meal, but i was wondering if healthy fats were ok right before bed.

Chicken breast plus third of an avocado: ach yea, or that's a nisch nisch?

i'm probly sittin between 10-11% bf right now. My current goal is to eat a lot of clean food so that i hopefully play a little game of just the tip with single digit bf%, while maintaining my current weight.

The fat will slow digestion (which is good, prolonging amino acid supply). A 1/3 of an avocado is about 10g fat, and it is good fat (probably healthier than PB, as less omega 6 and higher nutritional density) so whether this is appropriate or not depends on ur macros. U could do more for eg u ate less fat during rest of days or needed the cals. I'm not sure whether this amount of fat will slow digestion substantially or more is required, but I suspect it would do something.
