Last Carb Meal

Im doing Cardio at 8.00am and I lift at 5.30/6.00pm I finish at 7.00pm with my 60g whey and 40g Detorex. A hour and a half later being 8.30 I have chicken 40g, fish 10g and brown rice 40/50g is this too late and too much carbs for my last carb meal while dieting ?

I also lift very late... I use a DWOS (during workout shake) and after I feel that has been digested and there's room, i'll have a protein/carb meal ... then some proteins and fats right before bed.

If you need to get that last 50 grams of carbs in, split it up maybe. Incorporate 25 more grams during the day and only use a 1/4 cup (whatever 25grams of Carbs) will be for the brown rice.

Mess around with it, see how it works for you... it's not an exact science.
 
Although some people seem to think they know it all, there is NOT one answer to this question and it is completely based on you & your goals ... YOU need to try things out to figure out what works for you ...
