Last call for my spring cutter

I've all but finalized my spring cutter. I know there are many ways I could have put this together differently (prop instead of sust for example) but I was partly trying to make use of some stuff I already had. Please give it a look and let me know if I've over-looked anything or am making any serious mistakes. Here are the basics:

Stats/history/goals:
5'9" 165 ~9% BF
2 past cycles - 6 weeks of var about 6 months ago and sust/tren about 18 months ago.

I'm a triathlete going into my first competitive season so the majority of my workouts are designed around building power and endurance. I lift 2x per week mostly upper body along with squats and deads. I'm probably going to add some oly lifts during the cycle as I prep for the triathlon season. Aside from lifting I'll be putting in a lot of miles biking and running as well as swimming. My overall goals are to build some lean mass but more importantly to stay lean and build power for my races. I'd be happy with 8-10lbs lean mass over the 12 weeks. Any more than that and it will be more of a problem to carry around the extra weight. I fiigure I can also drop another 3-4lbs of BF without too much trouble so I might end up with a net gain of 5-7lbs when all is said and done.

Cycle:
-Sust - 125mg Mon/Thurs Wks 1-6 (Organon)
-EQ - 200mg Mon/Thurs Wks 1-10 (QV)
-Winny - 50mg Wks 7-12 (BD orals)
-HCG- midcycle mon/wed/friday 1000 IU's and first 3 weeks PCT

I plan to front-load the sust @ 250mg Mon/Thurs during the first week. I could just shoot the sust once/week @ 250mg through the cycle but I figured since I'll be shooting EQ 2x I might as well split the sust up for a more even blood concentration over the week. I might also extend the EQ another 4-6 weeks or up the dosage to 600mg/week depending on my progress.

Anti E's + PCT stuff:
-Clomid and nolva - plenty of each
-HCG for mid cycle and pct
-letro - for cycle (.5mg ED)
-clen - not sure if I'll use it or not...depends on my progress during the cycle and if I feel I need any help cutting BF. Might also throw in 2 weeks of CKD mid-cycle as needed.

Pct:
-beginning immediately the day after my last winny dose
-Clomid - 50 mg ed for 3 Wks (this probably isn't necessary based on the relatively mild cycle)
-Nolva - 20 mg ed for 6 Wks
-HCG 1000 IU's M/W/F for 3 weeks

I like hcg twice a week at 250iu to 500iu throughout entire cycle.

I never used EQ, but everyone told me atleast 400mgs per wk when I was considering.

The winny can make your tendons brittle, especially if you are going to be doing all that running, biking, and swimming. Why not go back to var. Var will increase collagen syn and bone mass and density, leaving a better chance of not becoming injured than if you use winny.
 
2 reasons why I'm using winny instead of var. 1) I already had the winny on hand 2) I'd rather not swing the extra funds to run 6 weeks of var. Anything I can add as supps/ancillaries to help with the winny sides you mention? I've been taking Glucosamine/Chondroitin/MSM for 4 months and plan to keep it as a standard supp.
 
I could probably get by fine without using it mid-cycle but since I'll be going at least 12 weeks I feel better hitting it for 7-10 days. As for PCT, again I could probably do fine without but I don't think there are any significant disadvantages to doing more PCT than necessary. I'm basically going conservative all around.
 
Well since there are no other comments I'll assume I'm good to go. Think I'll start April 1.
