ok,
here the situation

i have been looking at my results for the past while,.. working my ASS off at the gym, eating like a beast, as usuall,.. bla bla bla

im 21, 6'1, and about 160lbs.
still kinda lankey huh?
i;m ready and looking to start my first cycle in the near future.
i was thinking about taking D-Bol and Test.
i think my own Natural Test levels are limited rite now.

like i said in my previous thread, just want a kicker!
idealy i would like to be 220-240lbs, but thats a long ways from now, im not that much in a rush. but getting to 190-200 would be excellent! and i should be content and look decent lol

what do you guys think?

please honest replys i consider everything.
i got karma to share,... prolly not alot,.. but somethings better then nothing rite? lol
 
Your fist goal should be going to around 185lbs, get your calorie intake to 4000 cal, making sure you eat at least 1.2 grms of protein per lb that you weight, a basic cycle of Test+dbol and deca should do it.........
 
Run test at 500 mg e/w for 8-10 weeks.. save the d-bol to another cycle..
I see no problems getting you up to 200lbs if you have a decent diet and sleep and use 500 e/w of test.. that's my advice..

40 pounds of KEEPABLE muscle in 10 weeks will NEVER EVER happen.

25 lbs. of KEEPABLE muscle will never happen either.

You are going to have to lower your expectations. Muscle does not come overnight. 10lbs is possible. But you must have everything working for you. Which usually only happens over time. It just does not happen that fast. You body has to adjust for diet. Results are not noticed that fast. Give it time. Really research your DIET first and foremost. No matter how much gear you do. You will be wasting your money if you do not have a sounds diet.

I agree bro, without past training and proper diet you will get fatty water weight which you will lose after the cycle, you will get fucked up tendons from lack of training.

I could go on.

Dont give advise if you dont know what the fuck your talking about! 40lbs, get a clue!
 
I think if you do 30-35 mg of dbol, with 200mg of deca and 250 or 500mg of test you'll be better off and probally gain a nice 15lbs with a very clean diet to stay lean, or a diet med in sugars and and low in salt med in fat, get a full blood test before to make sure everyings ok , and test blood pressure. start with low doses. add deca too stacks well with test. if moneys an issue just do deca/test

I'd have to disagree there, just do test for your first cycle. Again though, if you're not eating 4000+ cal every day then you're not gonna gain a damn thing. No dbol, no deca, just test if you're gonna do AS. But...I would do more natural first, you're only 160lbs and 6'1", tiny. I'm 6" and I weighed 207 this morning at 13%BF. Even if you were 0%BF, I would have 21lbs of lean muscle on you and I just started my first cycle 3 weeks ago. Train and diet hard.
 
If money is an issue, I'd leave the deca out. I'd leave it out anyway. In truth though, if you can't put on more than 160 on a 6'1 frame, you don't have things in check which need to be before you juice. Diet, sleep, lifting etc. there's something and probably more than one these that you aren't dialing in. Regardless of hardgainer status, you can get much further than where you are naturally if you have these factors in order. If you don't, and believe me you don't, you will see fewer gains and more sides from the gear. I'm not busting your balls bro, I feel for you and know its hard to want something and not seem to be able to get it. The key to making the progress you seek is to be honest with yourself. We all love to say my diet and lifting is on point, but the results suggest otherwise. Sometimes we need to redefine what we think is really eating to gain or training to failure. I've done it many times and its the best way to promote serious gains.

Grandmaster, the reason we (atleat I) suggest Test only for a first cycle is so you can know FOR SURE what side effects you get from Test. That way during your next cycle of Test/Deca you will know what is causing sides if you see any. Nothing like getting gyno and not knowing if its Progesterone or Estrogen...

Eating like a beast huh? No man, a beast eats 8 meals a day. How many do you eat? Protein, Carbs, Fats, and Calories....get to know them

I remember 5 years ago trying to bulk and eating what I was sure was the maximum total amount of food humanly possible. Fast forward to today, and I cut on about the same rough calories though different prot/carb ratio. Point is, what you think is extreme today you gotta move past tomorrow or else you will not progress.

Same here bro. I can diet today what I used to be bulk with years ago.

If your stats are 160, and you've only put on 2lbs training in the last ~3 months. I don't know if you should be looking to 'roids for an answer. Sounds like you've got a lot to work on in reguards to: (one or more of the following) cal intake, protein, water, sleep, or training before gear will even help you. My advice: Read all of the stuff you are supposed to do when on cycle. Do ALL of it off cycle for ~2 months bare minimum. You should be able to gain ~10-15lbs. Thats everything you do on cycle except make sure you give yourself at least one day a week rest. If you are plateauing, change up your workout do low reps high intensity, or highreps lower intensity until failure. I've been doing that for just over a month now to build up my base, I am up ~15lbs naturally. If you're 21 and have held that weight for a long time you may not gain as fast as me, I'm still about 10lbs shy of my normal body weight (rebounding from sickness). Thats my 2cents, good luck in what ever your endevour.

i am very pleased to hear what you all had to say.

i guess what i will do is try to change up my routines...
rest is good, cal intake, water and protein are excellent. im not going to post all the stats sorry but go with what you would if you had my frame.
im very much into nutrition...etc

i will change up my routines, and increase my intakes slightly to what i can,
and over the next few weeks i will post again on my status

i agree with stereoman. you are too small and inexperienced to start a cycle. at 6+ft tall and only 160-170 lbs you are no where near your potential. Eat a clean high protien/high calorie diet for 2-3 months and you will gain plenty if you train correctly. when you are about 185-190 come back for advice about a cycle. Steroids are not a shortcut bro.

not looking for any shortcut to get me up 60lbs
just for about 15-20 lbs

case settled. i'll return with my stats in a few weeks after some changes ;)
